Orders from our webshop are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping is available worldwide.
You can have your package delivered to a desired location at your residence in the event that you are not at home at the time of delivery. If you wish to have the item placed outside, it is at your own risk.
RAVE Yoga has a 14 days return policy. Your item must be undamaged and in its original packaging. You can return unopened packages to us through these steps:
Send the package via your local postal service.
The money is refunded automatically within 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. The shipping costs for the return are deducted from the value of the package. You are responsible for the costs if damage occurs during transport.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
