CANCELLATION POLICY (YOGO)

RAVE Yoga has a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Your spot is confirmed when payment has been received from your account. All amounts are in DKK - Danish Kroner, and include taxes. 

PAYMENT POLICY (YOGO)

RAVE Yoga can receive payments via Credit card, MobilePay and ApplePay.

We have the right to store your billing information in our system for charges.

We do not charge card-fees.

The receipt for purchases online & in studio will be send to the entered e-mail address. The customer is responsible for whether the information entered is correct.

Your payment card must be active and it must be possible to complete the enrollment amount. The payment card used for enrollments must be able to make transactions via the Internet.

Change in personal data such as name, address, email, phone number & bank account must be updated through the personal profile on YOGO.

BOOKING POLICY (EVENTS)

EVENTS with Rave Yoga are booked individually with each client after initial consultation. Intervals of classes and invoicing will be individually contracted between the client and Rave Yoga.

RAVE Yoga offers a variety of modules to business customers. The classes are carried out by certified Yoga teachers. Depending on the type of agreement, RAVE provides an opportunity to rent and buy necessary equipment such as yoga mats + blocks. RAVE teachers work on a previously agreed time frame and do not have the ability to delay or extend classes.

CANCELLATION POLICY (EVENTS)

The client has the opportunity to cancel a scheduled class up until 3 days prior to the date, and will otherwise be charged.

In case RAVE Yoga cancels or requests to reschedule due to sickness or other unforeseeable events, we kindly ask the client to schedule a new date and time. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours prior, RAVE Yoga may offer a discount on a rescheduled class.

CLASS CONDITIONS

Classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice due to sickness and unforeseen situations. RAVE yoga may refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind, for classes that are changed or cancelled by us for any reason.

Teachers are subject to change at short notice.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class. Late entry equals no-show. 

RAVE yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings.

RAVE yoga has the right to refuse entry into a class at anytime for any reasonable cause, including but not limited too: misconduct, intoxication, medical grounds.

To book into a class you must either have credit in your bank account or pay at the time of booking. Class payment must be made upon booking.

Injuries

RAVE Yoga is in no way liable for any injuries that may occur during practice, whether within an office space or other. Further, RAVE Yoga carries no liability for any damages occurring to the practice space. With participation in a RAVE Yoga class, the individual confirms that they are in well physical and mental shape to do so.

All RAVE Yoga teachers are incentivized to provide a safe mental and physical journey.

Media

Photo and video material may be recorded during RAVE sessions. Please inform a RAVE teacher in case you do not feel comfortable with this.

RAVE aims to partner with selected businesses which share similar values and may add to the wellbeing experience provided. Products and services of our partners may be offered in conjunction with RAVE. 

OUR RIGHTS

RAVE Yoga reserves the right to withdraw from agreements and refuse participants in case of any unsafe or disrespectful behaviour. RAVE Yoga does not tolerate any form of violent or discriminatory behaviour and reserves the right to withdraw from any agreement in the case it occurs. 

RAVE Yoga reserves the right to alter this statement at any time.
