ROSNÆS 1-DAY RETREAT
Join us for a full day of slowing down in the beautiful countryside of Rosnæs, Denmark. A chance to step away from the pace of everyday life and reconnect through movement, nature, nourishing food, and meaningful moments.
The day begins with a grounding yoga flow led by Helen, designed to awaken the body, calm the mind, and set an intentional tone for the day. Later, Helen will guide a deeply restorative sound healing session, creating space for stillness, relaxation, and deep rest.
Mindfulness guide Alex Watson will lead you through mindful practices and breathwork, offering tools to reconnect with the breath, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate a greater sense of presence and inner calm.
Between sessions, there will be plenty of time to unwind — enjoy the peaceful surroundings, join the sauna ritual, connect with others, read, rest, or simply take a quiet moment for yourself.
Throughout the day, Camille from Veatery will nourish us with vibrant, seasonal meals created from fresh ingredients. Expect wholesome dishes, healthy snacks, tea, and coffee, all designed to support your energy and complement the retreat experience.

Her dynamic classes blend breathwork, music and mindful movement, inviting all levels to reconnect with themselves and bring more balance into everyday life.

Alex (@alexwatsonyoga) creates spaces for slowing down, reconnecting, and finding presence through mindfulness, breathwork and meditation. Her gentle and intuitive approach supports deep rest, inner clarity, and emotional balance. By guiding participants back to the breath and body, she creates a nurturing space for stillness, reflection, and connection.

Camilla from Veatery brings a passion for creating nourishing food experiences that connect people through fresh, seasonal, and plant-focused cuisine.
